St Nicholas Church Giving Tree 2021

This year, St Nicholas Church decided to donate the gifts to the Salvation Army for distribution to children and young people. If anyone has any ideas for a different charity for next year please get in touch with me. We celebrated St Nicholas' day on 5th December and we brought our gifts in and placed them in front of the altar. Thanks go to Shirley for providing gift tags for the giving tree so people could choose what age young person to buy for. Huge thanks for the generosity of people in this parish who donated such wonderful gifts. Thanks to Sue in the office who accepted gifts from those unable to be there on 5th. Thanks again to Shirley and her husband who took all the gifts to the Salvation Army donation Centre on Gloucester Road. I bet they only just fitted in the car!
