Drive in Carols (Sold out)

The community across Yate are inviting everyone to our two special Christmas drive-in Carol Services being held at the riverside car park in Yate Shopping Centre. Everyone will be able to park up in front of a screen,  to sing along to well-known Christmas carols and readings in the safety and comfort of their own car. But don't forget esquire coffee have opened for take away food and drink.

Donations will go towards St Peters Hospice

Tickets are one per car

Please begin to arrive after 7:30 pm to allow the shoppers to exit the car park safely. Please have your car in place for 8 pm

Please have your ticket ready for inspection by the stewards either via an email or printout. We will need to scan your ticket for track and trace.

This event is Covid-19 Compliant. By booking your ticket, you agree to follow the instructions of the event stewards and to maintain social distancing. You should not have anyone in your vehicle who is not in your household or support bubble. If you are self-isolating, you must not attend.

There are two identical services. One at 6pm and one at 8pm. Please book for the service you want to attend, tickets are not transferable.

Please note there will be no toilet facilities on site.

This event is intended as Drive-in only.

What to expect at Drive in Carols:

1) Book your tickets

2) Show your confirmation to the Stewards near Pets at Home.

3) Remain a safe distance from others. Please wave to each other.

4) Remain in your cars unless you are buying drinks from Esquires Coffee

To attend in person, please ask yourself these questions:

1) Do you have a cough, fever, shortness of breath, runny nose or sore throat? Have you been in contact with confirmed COVID-19 cases in the last 14 days? If you answered yes, please stay home.

2) Have you traveled internationally in the last 14 days or been in close contact with someone who has? If so, please stay home.

3)Are you over the age of 70, or have a compromised immune system are vulnerable to COVID-19? Take precautions and let a steward know as we will have specific parking for you.

Parking instructions:

When you arrive we will check your ticket near pets at home at the back of the car park. Please have your ticket ready for inspection by the stewards, due to covid -19 restrictions we must park cars every other parking space. You will be directed to your space by a steward.

We will email further instruction on 18th Dec.

This event may have to be cancelled due to changes in Covid Restictions. If the Event cannot go ahead we will email you with a cancellation email. All donations cannot be refunded.
