National Day of Reflection - Tuesday 23rd March

St Mary's:

This will be marked at the beginning of the day at 10am in the churchyard at St Mary's with a short time of prayer. Following this there will be an opportunity for people to come and tie a ribbon (provided) to a designated tree in the churchyard to remember the loss that we have felt over the past year. This loss may be for a loved one who has died, but also for those who have lost jobs and lost opportunities. At 7pm the day will close with a short act of remembrance for the past year.

St James:

10am - Short act of prayer to begin the day

St James will be open till 4pm

7pm - Complin to end the day of reflection

The Church will remain open all day for private prayer till 4pm.

St Nix:

10am - Short act of prayer to begin the day

7pm - Complin to end the day of reflection

The Church will remain open all day for private prayer.

There will be prayers available to use throughout the day and for the 8pm Candle on the Doorstep
